For our guides coasteering is not just for a job, it's a passion. They love it and spend most of their free time in the sea, exploring new venues and honing skills
GUIDE TRAINING
We use over 30 locations in the South West so our guides need to be very experienced and we are constantly training throughout the year.
Keith Putman
Keith is the founder of Go Coasteering and chief wetsuit washer. He is passionate about exploring the coast and is the author of the South West Coasteering Guide. If he is not coasteering he is in the gorge or in a kayak.
Mick Burke
Mick is a freelance instructor and as well as being an excellent and experienced guide he is a keen climber, kayaker and freediver. Mick has explored much of the Devon and Cornwall coast and is a trainer on our guide awards.
Aaron Deache
Aaron does it all, guiding, kayak and canoe coaching and he is awesome on a downhill bike. Aaron has worked with us for over 8 years and he is a safe and solid guide. Aaron also runs e-bike tours on Dartmoor

Nick Ainley
Nick has recently come back to work with us after setting up his own coasteering company in Portugal. He has a huge range of experience in the UK and abroad.
Jackie Meaker
Jackie has crammed in a huge amount of experience over the last 3 years. Coasteering, canyoning, biking, kayaking and surfing - a great guide to have on the team.
Adam Kendrick
Adam belongs in the water, wether it's in the sea or the gorge. He is a Torquay boy with a huge amount of sea experience. As well as a majestic beard , Adam is great with people.
